1. Payment
1.1 Payment Methods:
Brolion Tourism accepts various payment methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. Accepted payment methods will be specified on our Website or during the payment process.
1.2 Fees:
Service fees for visa applications and other services are clearly indicated on our Website or provided upon request. The total fee will be calculated based on the services you select and any additional costs that may apply.
1.3 Payment Timing:
Payment is required at the time of service request or application submission. Services will not be processed until full payment is received and confirmed.
1.4 Currency:
All payments are processed in INR, and any currency conversion fees or charges associated with foreign transactions are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Refunds
2.1 Non-Refundable Fees:
Service fees paid to Brolion Tourism are generally non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for visa application processing, travel planning, and other services.
2.2 Refund Requests:
Refund requests will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and are subject to approval. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within [X] days from the date of payment or service request. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Service Not Rendered: If Brolion Tourism fails to provide the agreed-upon service and the customer has not received any benefit from it.
- Visa Denial: In cases where a visa application is denied due to an error on our part, a partial refund may be considered.
2.3 Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 Cancellation and Refunds:
If you choose to cancel a service request, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation Before Processing: If you cancel before processing begins, a 40% cancellation fee may be applied, and the remainder will be refunded.
- Cancellation After Processing: If you cancel after processing has begun or after submission of the visa application, no refund will be issued.
2.5 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes related to payments or refunds should be directed to our customer support team. We will work to resolve any issues fairly and in accordance with our policies.
3. Changes to Services
3.1 Service Modifications:
If you request modifications to the services after payment has been made, additional charges may apply. These charges will be communicated to you before any changes are finalized.
3.2 Service Availability:
Brolion Tourism reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at its discretion. In the event of a discontinuation of a service that you have paid for, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund.
